Abstract
At the social level, from different organizations are working every day to an increasingly inclusive society. From the field of education, legislation that has developed in recent decades also reflects this concern by promoting access and participation of students with disabilities at all levels. In this way, the most recent university regulations (LOMLOU, 2007) provides the security and equal opportunity and nondiscrimination. This communication aims to show what the reality of disabled students at the University of the Basque Country, number, service and action programs directed to the attention of this group and the answer given by classroom teachers.
