Her thesis, <Jordi Grau. Cine, amor y muerte> (Jordi Grau. Cinema, love and death), completed under the supervision of Professor Santos Zunzunegui, analyses the Catalan director’s contribution to Spanish cinema in the years 1957-1994, a period that spanned times of censorship, transition to democracy in Spain. She is part of the multidisciplinary team of lecturers HAUtaldea, University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and of the research project `Antropología visual: un modelo para la creatividad y transferencia de conocimiento`. She has a degree and MA in journalism from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and MA in Internet Development from the University of Mondragon (MU). As a lecturer, she has taught subjects related to audiovisual language and film analysis since 2001. She worked for Basque TV in the 1990s, scriptwriting and editing news reports and short documentaries in basque and in spanish for EITB, the Basque public television station, for more than ten years. She is very interested in Research on Responsible Journalism & Communication Skills Transfer. Until recently, she was Associate Dean of Infrastructures at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication and she was also Director of Cultural Projects of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
