In this report the methodology is presented which is used to generate a risk management procedure based on knowledge management. The previous experience is the best tool to manage problems and risks. Different tools of information management will be exposed. These tools are based on documentary Data Bases with which to be able to compile, to treat, to order, to analyze and to spread the knowledge and the experiences of an organization As a result of this analysis the risks are identified in this type of project, an evaluation is made of the impact on objectives in the case of an occurrence and its probability, possible responses are thus proposed for each type of risk, all of which are based on the experience of lessons learned in already finalized projects and also on the risk management methodology developed.
