Abstract
This paper is about the Educational Innovation Project funded by the UPV / EHU: “Towards a model of tutorial action for the new grades of Educational Training and Social Education from communicational perspectives”. This program started in 2009 and would last for two years ending in 2011. It has been carried out by an interdisciplinary team of seven university teachers and an Adult Education Advisor. It applies an action-research methodology and discusses the theoretical asumptions on which to base the desinging of tutorial actions in communicative terms.
