Resumen

El COVID-19 está demandando medidas socioeconómicas y sanitarias para proteger a la sociedad. Muchas empresas están alineando sus intereses con objetivos sociales como una manera de responder a esta demanda. En primer lugar, este artículo analiza cómo la lógica del don contribuye a una visión humanista de la actividad económica. En segundo lugar, se propone la teoría de la acción humana para operacionalizar la lógica del don en las empresas. Finalmente, esta investigación conecta la introducción de la lógica del don en las empresas con la construcción de una sociedad más resiliente para enfrentar presentes y futuras sindemias.
