Abstract
The meetings of the school management teamare a space for decision-making with the goalof improving the management of the school.The aim of this study is to find out the degree ofsatisfaction with the dynamics presented for themonitoring of school projects and joint decisionmaking.The semi-structured interview carriedout in a focus group showed the perception of themanagement team about the implementation ofthe dynamic. The results show satisfaction andthe intention to continue using the dynamicin the future. The management team reporteda significant improvement in the efficiency ofmeetings, internal communication, leadershipdistribution and decision-making. The studyconcluded that this kind of initiative favoursthe development of the strategic managementcapacity of the management team, whichis necessary for school development andimprovement.
