Résumé

The dialogic turn in society has led to dialogue, negotiation and consensus being increasingly present in all areas of society, including research. Within this framework communicative methodology, based on criteria of horizontality and democratization, helps us gain a better understanding of the scope of analysis, as well as generating transformative effects on the realities analyzed. In this paper, we are presenting the process we followed in drawing up the recommendations and proposals for improvement in the final phase of a piece of research carried out using this methodology and focusing on the field of children in vulnerable situations, which we have carried out in within the framework of the UPV-EHU University-Society Programme. We present how, in the aforementioned process, we facilitated the participation of various stakeholders and concepts in this section of the research by organizing a conference with the aim of building collective knowledge. Therefore, we start from the premise that these communication processes are the ones that actually enable us to make a real impact on the research. By doing so, we are in step with the Horizon 2020 strategy which places particular emphasis on the impact of research in respect of social challenges. Finally, we present the main contributions reached in this process of working together, as well as evidence of the impact that this process has had on different aspects of the realities we worked on.
