Abstract
The Measure of the quality into the university must take into account multiple factors. Much of these are collected in the systems of internal quality assurance of the centers/universities, which are fed by quantitative and qualitative indicators. The aim of this work is to identify indicators that certify best practices. They can be monitored to ensure continuous improvement. It is appropriate to make a classification of a series of indicators that allow you to locate the good teaching practices where the final results of the majority deal with on the criteria of effectiveness and efficiency, which are measured by rates of performance and graduation. As part of the conclusions after this analysis, there have been identified and proposed a series of indicators of good practice, and finally, we present a model of good practice tab which identifies it and shows the values of the indicators affected by good practice.
