Architect by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) (2002). PhD in Architectural Desing from the Department of Architecture in the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Lecturer of Architectural Design in the Department of Architecture of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), from 2004 to the present. The main aim of my research is to focus on architecture that makes it easier for people to enjoy a good life. I have led research projects on spaces adapted to the elderly and also on shared community spaces. In 2014 I presented the PhD ‘The Human Essence of the House’ at the Department of Architecture of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). This thesis is published by the Editorial Service of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In 2007 I presented the dissertation ‘The kitchen as a paradigm of evolution in housing typological models’ at the Department of Architecture of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). That same year I obtained the title of University Specialist in Sustainable Construction at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In 2014 I completed the extension project of the Zuhaizpe house in Donostia - San Sebastián. This work was published in issue 12 of the magazine Arquitectura y Madera published by Publiditec. In 2019 this formed part of the guided tours of the Basque Country's leading examples of wooden architecture as part of the second edition of Mugak, the International Architecture Biennial of the Basque Country, organised by Basquegur together with the COAVN and the BEC.
