Head of a consolidated research group (13 professors and PhDs, 2013-2018) and membership of others: E-CLEDER (2019/21) and SAREN (2022/25), financed by The Basque Government. Responsible of a Master degree in Engineering Advance Materials (UPV/EHU, 2014-2019). He participated in 57 competitively financed research projects, 43 as the head investigator (International and National), authored over 185 scientific papers (H index=26, more than 2,175 citations) and reviewed more than 113 papers in 28 JCR-listed journals, co-editor of 2 books and co-author of 10 book chapters. He supervised 21 PhDs and participated in 31 examination committees (president in 8).
