Abstract

The University in the National and Regional System of Innovation, in Spain, continues being one of the fundamental pillars of the investigation of the country, nevertheless, the existence of centers public of investigation and companies that also carry out tasks that generate and extend the knowledge. Due to the impulse that has received the investigation and the quality in these last years, the universities have had to consider the modernization of the management of the multiple intentions that it has built-in in his mission: academy, investigation and extension. This new scene raises great challenges for these public institutions whose purposes are social and that count on limited budgetary resources. The present work investigates the reality of the Processes of University Projects of I+D+I, financed with own funds, from a perspective of the Quality, in a group of Universities of the North of Spain. As comparative boss is used the Norm UNITES 166001, UNITES 66916 and the revision of the Literature of the management of project, PMBOK 2004.
