Abstract
The Project Managment theory applies to big size projects. All these lessons learned can be efficiently translated to a Pyme (Medium size company) Management. This is the case for the strategy in starting up a small project. The aim is to identify the surroundings and point out a goal so a plan is projected. The plan must be constantly reviewed and rectified to achieve success. The strategy control helps the critical variables to avoid short term mind.
