Abstract

There are three spreadsheets with data. The spreadsheet "Data" contain raw environmental data used and the pmoA, archaeal and bacterial amoA and nosZI genes abundance. The spreadsheet "Soil properties" contains other informative properties of the sampling sites. The spreadsheet "Metadata" contains the descripton of all variables and units.
