Resumen

Existe una falta de instrumentos específicos que valoren el mindfulness en los docentes dentro del aula. El objetivo de esta investigación fue la construcción de un nuevo cuestionario que recogiera todas las variables relevantes, incluidas la relación con el alumnado, el clima de clase, y la gestión del aula. La muestra se compuso de 436 docentes vinculados a 16 centros concertados y públicos de educación infantil, primaria y secundaria. El Cuestionario de Mindfulness para Docentes (CMD) consta de 23 ítems distribuidos en 4 factores: Autoconciencia, Conciencia Corporal, Conciencia Interpersonal, e Interacción Consciente y presenta unos índices de fiabilidad y validez adecuados. Así, se pone a disposición de la comunidad científica y educativa un instrumento nuevo en español cuyo objetivo es evaluar las competencias mindfulness de los docentes que contribuirá a mejorar los Programas Educativos Basados en Mindfulness y la propia gestión y clima del aula.
