Abstract
In this article the author suggests a series of principles in order to construct didactic plans so that their design and application in the classroom is adapted to the demands of student diversity. It describes the core elements of didactic plans and proposes a series of guidelines to design each of these elements. Putting these guidelines into practice demands that the educator reflect on and be aware of the diversity context in which he/ she has to carry out his work, the necessities he/she is faced with and how he/she can respond to these challenges.
