Abstract
A situated look into de city taking into consideration history, social practices, meanings and memory. Geared to contextualize interventions into an emblematic building named : Zerkausia/Tinglado emphasis is placed upon ways to articulate: the Old part of the City and new urban developments; the old and the new; local perceptions and changes; the river and the protected city.
