Abstract

This paper present the dates obtened in a group of teachers who develop its job in nursey and primary school in Basque Country. We have analysed the efect of sex, age and type of school center on the satisfaction with five specify faces of job: job itself, supervision, salary, promotion and cowokers. The results shwed that the were not differences of satisfaction respect to sex, the effect of age in satisfaction with supervision and the importance of type of school center on the satisfaction with all faces analysed.
