Resumen
The industrial construction sector presents from the sustainability perspective, huge differences opposite to other sectors, due to the specific issues developed by itself. Apart from, sustainability fundamental factors such as the environment, the economy and the society, it has to be in mind other requirements so important as the safety, the functionality or the aesthetics ones, applying all the set of indicators in all the stages whole life building. This paper presents a vision of the most important sustainability factors applied to the industrial building. That's why, will be revised the traditional factors (environment, economy and social), together with others such us safety, functionality and aesthetics ones, growing in importance, day by day, in designing the industrial building.
