Resumen

It is important to develop programmes that promote physical activities and sport (PAS) among women. In this study, indicators for the evaluation of the gender perspective in sports campaigns were proposed. To this end, a narrative review of the literature was carried out. The inclusion criteria for the documents were to be PAS campaigns for women, including the empowerment and the gender perspective as objectives. Only public documents were chosen. A total of 65 documents were found and 32 met the criteria. A category system was created by content analysis and once the analysis was completed, a proposal for indicators was developed. It is concluded that there is a need to carry out sports campaigns focused on women, as well as the evaluation of these campaigns, recommending the use of the evaluation tool proposed in this article.
