Abstract

Religious schools in Spain during the contemporary period have not been a privileged object of educational historiography, although their study has been gaining more interest in recent times. The aim of this paper is to highlight the value of yearbooks as a new source for the study of this type of school. To this end, we will map the yearbooks, highlighting the features that justify their use. We conclude that the fact that this documentary source allows us to carry out the history of the school representation that this type of school has tried to disseminate is reason enough to incorporate these documents into the field of the History of Education
