Abstract

In the synergies that occur with the use of the BIM methodology; agents that do not use BIMmodelling tools are helpless to participate in the necessary decisions for the efficiency of theresult of any management. The market is mainly developing BIM modeling tools; neglecting; inpart; the less technical final recipients; or those who do not have specific training in BIM. EvenBIM tools that are not modeling (such as NavisWorks©; IFC viewers...); require learning tonavigate and obtain information.The development of tools that do not require BIM knowledge; and that allow obtaining bothgraphical and documentary information of the models with easy navigation (without fear of'breaking' the model) and structured according to concepts that the user has defined allowsthese users endings do not stay out of the BIM flows. Owners can; from very early stages;obtain information autonomously without having to ask the designer or responsible to sendthem. You just have to have a tool that allows; in addition to visualizing the models; to obtain theinformation easily.This article develops the definition of flows and visualization and management tools for users‘not only BIM’.
