Abstract

Three siblings with pycnodysostosis and born of consanguineous parents are presented. These are the oldest such patients published to date. A fourth sibling died at the age of two years and probably presented the most severe form of the disease. A detailed study is made of the maxillofacial alterations and of the differential diagnosis with other diseases
