Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide a general introduction to the reform operated 2010 in the labor market in Spain, forced by the context of global crisis in the so-called «economic model of Offer», established and incorporated into law through the 35/2010 Act. A method essentially descriptive, necessary to introduce legal reforms, is combined with some speculations, about interpretive problems determined by the new legal terms, and with the general approach assumed by the Legislature to deal with, possibly, the deeper adaptation suffered by the industrial relations system since the enactment of Workers' Statute in 1980
