Resumen
This work's purpose s to analyse if the new dimensions of the science curriculum proposed by the current educative reform have been taken into account in the new science textbooks of the Compulsory Secondary Education. With this intention the following aspects have been analysed: Didactic metodology, Nature and History of Science, Science-Tecnology-Society relationships (S-T-S), Transversality: Environmental Education and Coeducation. For this study, the most used science textbooks for the SCE written in spanish in our area have been choosen, trying to achieve a balanced presence of all courses and subjects.
