Over the last few decades, many cities that had entered into crisis for various reasons have since devised and implemented a strategy to revitalise their activities looking towards culture, art and «star architects» to try and produce an attractive image as the basis for all projects. From here, we try to see how Bilbao has become part of this trend and the consequences of this, mainly due to the «Guggenheim effect»
