Abstract
A case report with the rehabilitation process of a 29-year-old man, who seven years earlier suffered a maxillofacial severe traumatism. Presented as consequences: abs cense of alveolar process from upper maxilla, including tooth 1.5 to 2.4 nasal for and nasal spix. The osseous loss was restored using titanium mesh with autogenous bone graphic iliac crest, combined with a natural cancellous bovine bone mineral (Bios-oss). Seven months later, the titanium mesh was removed and five osseointegrated implants (steri-oss CYL HL) were inserted. The restorative treatment was performed with a fixed implant-support prostheses.
