Resumen

This review article deals with the main monographs on gender and the far right published in the last five years. Firstly, it establishes a genealogy of this field of study in the Anglo-Saxon and Spanish spheres. Secondly, an analysis of each of the works reviewed is made, considering their context, themes, and main contributions. Those works carried out from and on Spain receive special attention with the purpose of displaying current achievements and shortcomings. Finally, the epistemological and socio-political challenges that lie ahead for their consolidation are highlighted.
