Resumen

Este artículo quiere contribuir a la literatura existente sobre las KIBS, centrándose en el subgrupo de las culturales y creativas, o C-KIBS, el cual parece llamado a jugar un papel crítico en la reindustrialización de Europa, impulsando la innovación empresarial y social en el entorno digital 4.0. El trabajo se centra en el área de tangencia de las ICCs y las KIBS, definida como zona KIS (Knowledge Intensive System) cultural y creativo. Se trata de presentar una taxonomía básica de servicios, detectar aspectos problemáticos comunes y hacer un balance analítico-sintético edificante acompañado de proposiciones de mejora. Se concluye que, para desatar la potencialidad del sector y desarrollar su capacidad tractora, parece ser clave la configuración de un Cluster Intensivo en Conocimiento Cultural y Creativo donde las C-KIBS especializadas en diseño-creación de mercados jugarían una función de tracción clave, enfocada tanto a aumentar pedagógicamente la demanda interna como a buscar nuevos mercados de aplicación
