Abstract
Artikulu honek KIBSei buruz dagoen literatura lagundu nahi du, kultura- eta sormen-arloen azpitaldean zentratuz, edo C-KIBS, Europaren berrindustrializazioan paper kritikoa izango duela baitirudi, 4.0 ingurune digitalean enpresa- eta gizarte-berrikuntza bultzatuz. Lana ICCen eta KIBSen tangentzia-eremuan oinarritzen da, KIS (Knowledge Intensive System) eremu kultural eta sortzaile gisa definitua. Asmoa da zerbitzuen oinarrizko taxonomia bat aurkeztea, alderdi problematiko komunak detektatzea eta balantze analitiko-sintetiko eraikitzaile bat egitea, hobetzeko proposamenekin batera. Ondoriozta daitekeenez, sektorearen potentzialtasuna sustatzeko eta sektorearen trakzio-gaitasuna garatzeko, funtsezkoa dirudi Kultura eta Sormen Ezagutzaren Kluster Intentsibo bat eratzea, non merkatuen diseinuan eta sorkuntzan espezializatutako C-KIBS delakoek funtsezko trakzio-funtzioa izango luketen, bai pedagogikoki barne-eskaria handitzera bideratuta, bai aplikazio-merkatu berriak bilatzera bideratuta.
