Abstract

This paper presents a model of planning, monitoringand control of the students dedication in the course ofProject Management, based on our experience in ITProject Management (where time management is acore topic). From the experience and data obtained inthe last years, we present a model based on thenecessary planning of the course, monitoring studentsdedication and the correlation between suchmonitoring data and the results of their work. Weanalyzed the relationship between such dedicationand teachers estimation that we made in planning, toadjust and correct in a integrated and systematic way.On the other hand, it allows to obtain evidence thatwe are not imposing an excessive workload that couldprejudice the work of other concurrent courses. Theproposed method can be extended to other subjects inwhich time management as an activity object ofreflection and improvement.
