Abstract
Ecological debt is a synthetic conceptual instrument to talk on North-South relationships and intending to obtain recognition of the desequilibrium in the use of natural resources and produced pollution, prevention, environmental and economic politics that will avoid generation of a new debt, reparation, monetary and politic, compensation (as far as possible) of the created debt and abolition of external debt. This article tries to resumen conclusions ot a research project that began on 2006, with the same title as the article, and that was founded on a collaboration between Ekologistak Martxan and the University of the Basque Country.
