Abstract

In this article I would like to explain some ideas on which I am working in my Phd research. This research analizes the management that young women are doing about body politics, specially focusing on the vital experiences, and the management and politics of menstruation. Here I would like to delve into the understanding of menstruation: both the medical way and the way that women who are participating at alternative menstruation politics are producing. The cientific background for this purpouse is based on feminist anthropology, medical anthropology and the social theory of the body.
