Resumen

Even if every project manager’s main goal is to assure project’s success, the scope of such conceptdiffers according to personal and organizational perspectives. This issue adds a chaotic component tothe already complex systemic nature of every project. The goal of this paper is to analyze the mostrecurring project success criteria cited in the literature review and gather them into a simple four-facetmodel that represents the critical aspects of a project’s success. Also, some basic recommendations areprovided to use the proposed model both as a project managing tool and as a High-Management decisionmaking tool.
