Résumé
This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of gender topic in family firms (GEFF) literature. It is based on the bibliometric evaluation of 376 scientific articles identified in the WoS database from 1991 to 2021. The results indicate that the research on GEFF has emerged as an important study area, with an increasingly established position. The field has attracted many researchers and has led to the development of a wide body of literature. The performance analysis reveals the GEFF research evolution and identifies some of the field’s most active and influential articles, journals, authors and keywords. Furthermore, in so doing it facilitates the future research work of academics, students, and consultants for this new economic paradigm.
