Abstract

The present work includes the development of a new teaching initiative aimed to bring the professionalworld closer to the students of the first course of the Degree in Geology at the UPV/EHU. Theexperience contributed by experts in fields as diverse as the environment and social conscience, scientificdivulgation or geotourism, associated with complementary activities, has allowed to improve theirknowledge of this science and the motivation for studying it.
