Abstract

The traditional peculiarities of social justice are maintained and defended today through, among other procedural and procedural tools, the absence of the ordinary appeal. The decision issued in the instance is trusted and, by its hand, the extraordinary appeal only admits the revision of the declared facts proven by the social courts in view of the documentary and expert evidence practiced. The concept of document evolves non-stop with technologies; however, the social judicial doctrine restricts its expansion, perhaps sacrificing, on occasion, material justice.
