Abstract

Companies consider that there is a mismatch between the training that university students receive and what companies demand. Working on the competences that companies require, we try to reduce this gap to alleviate them progressively.The use of active methodologies focused on student learning process allows to work and achieve more effectively those pofressional skills, which are provided in the Bachelor Degree in Automotive with a specific subject to develop them.
