In an uncertain scenario, when at the European level the foundations of AI law are being built, several entities in the Spanish public sector are adopting initiatives aimed at beginning to take advantage of these technologies to improve public services. Our current research is oriented to the formulation of a guide of good practices that could serve to illuminate the path of the administrations that undertake this mission, with special attention to the group of women with disabilities.
