Abstract
This paper includes the intervention of Professor ROMEO CASABONA on the occasion of the Commemorative Ceremony “25 Years of Biomedical Legislation in Spain”, organised by the Spanish Bioethics Committee and the Chair in Law and the Human Genome R.G., which was held on 19 May 2022 in the Congress of Deputies, in Madrid.
