Abstract

In this study we present the data obtained from the realization of an SPOC course as a complementto a subject of Degree. SPOCs are distance learning courses that are based on access to knowledge online and with a participatory and collaborative methodology, aimed at small groups of students with awell-defined profile. At present the use of these courses is becoming more noticeable in the university.Through this research we have tried to analyze the levels of motivation, enthusiasm, joy, interest, beingpart of a virtual community, saturation, confusion, and loneliness before and after the course. The results show that in general the experience of students in this virtual context has been positive. The methodology used in this project has reinforced the positive traits measured in the study. We would emphasize as an interesting practice, the insertion of this type of courses in regulated education
