Abstract
The three upper Barremian vertebrate sites discovered recently in the “Hoces de Beteta” (Vadillos-1, Vadillos-2, El Tobar) are located in “Weald” facies materials belonging to the El Collado Sandstone and Clay Formation. In them, different fossils corresponding to plants (macroremains, charophytes, palynomorphs), ostracods, molluscs (bivalves, gastropods), fishes, amphibians, turtles, crocodyliforms and dinosaurs (ankylosaurs, ornithopods, theropods) have been collected.
