Abstract
The impact of new technologies on the market and competition has been mainly due to the irruption of digital platforms. Therefore, this paper focuses on this reality and on the responsibility of digital platforms whose underlying service is the transport of people, as well as on the impact that the integration of the platform into carpooling or car sharing model could have over this business model and, consequently, on its legal responsibility.
