Resumen
tIn view of the challenges posed by the digital economy to the competition law and the need it is fit for these changes, the article focuses on issues arising from the market power played, above all, by the online platforms. In this regard, the proposals of the German bill for a Competition Law 4.0 are analyzed, in the framework of the ongoing initiatives in the European Union on digital services and possible new competition tools.
