Abstract

The border designates a multidimensional dispositif that is projected onto the spaces establishing differentiated regulations of mobility and this, as it will be argued, is carried out from a securitarian reading of the subjectivities in transit. On this basis, this article analyzes the operation of the border dispositif in terms of the production of space (given that the border no longer designates only a boundary line between states as a fluctuating territory) and subjectivity (based on the logics of exclusion and inclusion that are activated according to the risk profiles that securitarian practices articulate). Lastly, the way in which all of this is felt in the bodily experience of securitarian violences that shape the border geography will be underlined.
