Laburpena

From the 1970s, the known as the western world conduct the democratic deepening processes through the institutionalization of participatory and deliberative apparatus that, progressively, promote the professionalization of the participatory field. These dynamics of institutionalization and professionalization are not free of contradictions that put in jeopardy the inclusiveness of democratization. In this text, I reflect on three of these issues: 1) the loss of frameworks on social justice; 2) the updating of the elitist debate of democracy by the “operational core” of public administrations; 3) the depoliticization of the conflict between bureaucracy, liberal market and participatory democracy.
