Abstract
Patient operated of cataract in left eye five weeks before, that came to our emergency service because of low vision in her left eye. Capsular contraction syndrome was diagnosed. Surgical capsulotomy was performed and the IOL was replaced by a sulcus IOL. Her best corrected visual acuity was 0.2 LE before the operation and 0.8 immediately after the operation.
