Abstract

This experience of educational innovation is the result of the work initiated in the academic course 2010/11 in the subject titled Formation and Update of the educational function (Pedagogy) and that has extended along 2011/2012 and 2012/13, joining in the latter course, the subject titled Train the Trainer (Degree in Pedagogy). The last one takes, partly, the relief to the previous subject that it is in extinction. The work has spread out in two groups with different languages: one in Euskara another in Spanish. This work happens because the teachers shared and developed one only program and, kept the same follow-up of the students. All of this fruit of a cooperative work. This work tries to help in the design, development and evaluation of the core competence of teamwork. It going deeply in one of the possible instruments of generation of information like is the observation. Across the observation we can interpret the dynamics that are generated in the university classroom. The objectives are: Describe the process of cooperative building of the observation tool by students; explain the implementation in the classroom of hands of students and finally rescue the learning which are derived from this experience both during the construction process as during the implementation. These learning both of the observer and the class group as of the teachers. We explain in this experience the evidence discovered and the future challenges to realize.
