Abstract

The importance that the type of previous studies and the taste for mathematics have on the attitude towards this subject is confirmed with this research. The low motivation that almost half of the students have makes ourselves be situated in a context of practicality, usefulness and applicability to their future as teachers, so that we can fulfill our students’ learning expectations. Therefore we have to analyze the curriculum in a practical way. They expect two main contributions of the teaching degree: “teaching to teach” and “knowledge and use of resources to teach the class.”
