Abstract
The Paper gathers a preview of the results obtained in the Basque Country in the first stage of one I+D research developed by five teams of Spanish Universities. The teacher professional development, politics by Autonomous Communities and different elements of teacher education programs and their impact on teachers, teaching and student has been studied. The focus of the research project is Inclusive Education and teacher professional development, presenting and discussing the corresponding data and their implications.
