Abstract
The megalithic monuments, always located in the landscape, due to a wide range of anthropogenic exploitation require a systematic protocol that can assist in the assessment and diagnosis of their conservation state and allow for applicable and effective intervention proposals. The practical goals to be achieved in these monuments include their legibility, visual perception, physical consolidation and balance with the surrounding natural environment. Based on the value enhancement and future conservation of the Natural Park of Armañón we have put this protocol into practice in this area.
