Resumen

Este artículo explora la relación entre los conceptos de Innovación Social e Innovación Pública. El artículo muestra y ahonda en las conexiones entre la Innovación Pública y la Innovación Social, analizando asimismo la manera en que tales conexiones se producen, especialmente a través de los procesos de Gobernanza de la política e Innovación de la Administración Pública. Finalmente se enfatiza el hecho de que toda innovación pública representa alguna forma de innovación social y viceversa, la innovación social puede contribuir a mejorar las maneras en las que se innova desde lo público.
